Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. Please review the shipping cost prior to completing your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and shipment details via the email address provided during checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original method of payment.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately at VillasanaLorennis924@gmail.com. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible.
